OUR 7 DAYs Refund and Returns Policy

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 07 days from the delivery date. If your purchase does not match the product or if the item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

We canโ€™t accept returns or refunds for normal issues such as color not like, quality not like, performance not like, or any other related issue. We are a new business so we canโ€™t afford these types of issues.

Items that have been mistakenly ordered by the customer are not refundable and cannot be returned in any case. Also, the order cannot be canceled after the dispatch has been done. The customer can only replace the products if any damaged or defective item is received.

To be eligible for a replacement for your order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging otherwise we canโ€™t process your return.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items. For wrong product, You must need to submit original unboxing video proof to our support team and edited or tempered video strictly not allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or abuse of the purchased product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your product delivery, unfortunately, we canโ€™t offer you a refund or exchange. We are a startup business so we can’t afford a long time return duration also we don’t accept small issues returns such as color issues, quality not liked, size not fit, etc. Please understand our situation.

If you want a refund for your damaged or wrong product we can only provide you with a replacement and a refund canโ€™t accepted for these issues.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed with in 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 number of days.

In case of COD, We will refund your money through bank transfer or UPI and your refund will take 12 to 24 hours.

To receive your refund, please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Request your Return Authorization Number by the support page https://smuf.in/contact/ with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, we will pickup your product and provide you with a replacement.

Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Order Cancellation

Once an order gets packed and shipped through courier, it cannot be canceled at any cost.

If an order gets undelivered/RTO due to a customer mistake then

    • in the case of Cash-on-Delivery: We will not be able to dispatch COD orders again to the same customer.
    • in the case of Prepaid: A refund can be provided after deducting shipping charges(s).

If an order gets undelivered/RTO due to a delivery partner’s mistake then a re-ship or full refund will be provided to prepaid orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit Contact.

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If Fraud Return Found

If someone tries to fraud us, such as changing our product with another product and misusing our policy, our team will take legal action against the buyer and not refund money.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes, you can but we canโ€™t allow misusing our guarantee so when you place an order, please make sure to accept the parcel. If you want to cancel your order, you need to cancel within 24 hours after 24 hours you canโ€™t cancel because we shipped your order through courier.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyers no longer want the items – this is the most common example we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Smuf.ย 

The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.ย 

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
