The product is good but is in very cheap packing . The old flipkart packing is used as it's reverse side. The seal of product box is broken. The product is good but I am give 1 out of 5 for packing.

Kudos to the support team initially I got all old batteries and one of them was not working at all, when reported to support team they took a swift action and provided all new batteries. 3 cheers to the support team, company will grow in leaps and bounds with this kind of Team.And yes all the new batteries are performing pretty well.

Purchased one solar lantern from Smuf app, the product received was in good condition packed securely. The product is working very fine and is upto the expectations. Although it was my first time to shop online other than regular shopping apps like amazon, Flipkart and had to pay in advance but the moment I placed the order I received messages on email & whatsapp for every update till the product was delivered. I was able to track my order easily on the Smuf app. One thing that I've noticed is that the same product is available on Amazon and Flipkart but more priced than the Smuf app so I recommend to purchase directly from Smuf app plus I got discount of ₹100. So all in all the product is excellent and Smuf is a trust worthy brand & seller. THANKS
